  • Booklet provides information and checklists to assist with pre-planning a funeral, writing a will and Personal Directives
  • Space to keep track of important papers to assist with settling estate

Death Certificate

  • Next-of-kin can apply for a death certificate through a registry agent
  • Look in the yellow pages in the telephone book under License & Registry Services
  • Next-of-kin will need to fill out a form
  • There will be a fee for this service
