Mission Statement
The St. Albert 50+ Club (formerly the Senior Citizens' Club) is an organization of senior citizens committed to the support of, and fellowship with, seniors in our community and surrounding areas.

Diane Poole

Diane Poole, Director

Diane Poole moved to St. Albert in 1985, and is a recent addition to our board of directors. She started up a catering company with her son called ‘A Private Affair Catering’ which they ran for 14 years. Diane has made many contributions to the City of St. Albert, and has written food articles for the St. Albert Gazette. Before moving to St. Albert, Diane obtained a B.S. degree in Foods and Nutrition from North Dakota State University. She has been a dietician for The Stouffer Food Corp. as well as the University of Michigan. She also has experience doing recipe development and food photography for The Kellogg Company in Battle Creek, Michigan, and has represented them at major food shows. Diane has taught high school as well as cooking classes at the University in Kamloops, British Columbia. She ran the executive dining room at a bank in Colorado Springs and started a cooking school there, before finally moving to St. Albert, where she has brought forth her skill and experience to enrich our community.
