HALL RENTAL INFORMATION

 

Facility rentals may be available on Statutory Holidays. Call the Club for more details.

A reservation fee equal to 50% of rental cost is required at the time of booking. Damage deposit and complete rental payment must be received two weeks prior to event.

 

The facility will be opened 15 minutes before and closed 15 minutes after your scheduled booking times.

 

A LIQUOR LICENCE must be purchased and displayed for any function serving alcohol.

Renter must provide own towels, tea towels and tablecloths.

Management reserves the right to refuse rentals.

AUDITORIUM

 

 

Maximum - 150 people

Saturday Wedding or Social Function

 

$420.00 - from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m. - maximum 16 hours
$60.00 each additional hour
Set up / take down of tables and chairs included ($36.00 value)

Partial Saturday rentals may be available at $60.00 an hour for a minimum of 3 hours. Time required for setup and take down must be included in the rental hours. Call for more information.

 

All Other Days & Times

 

$30.00/hour - minimum 3 hours
Monday - Friday evenings, or all day Sunday

Setup & takedown is to be included in the rental hours on partial Saturdays, weekday evenings & Sunday rentals.

 

 

KITCHEN

$120.00 - maximum: 150 place setting

Items included in price:
Dishes - dinner plates, bread & butter plates, soup bowls, cups & saucers, cutlery, knives, forks, salad forks, teaspoons & 50 tablespoons, 100 cup or 30 cup coffee urns, microwave, large fridge, gas stove, 2 ovens, dishwasher and freezer for ice.

NOTE: Pots, pans, towels & dishcloths are not included.

Kitchen rental is available with both Auditorium and Dining Room rentals.

We do not provide a set up service in the Dining Room. Renter may change the tables around but must return to their original positions.

 

 

BOARD ROOM

 

- $12.00 per hour

 

Ideal for board or business meetings
Comes with board table and 14 chairs

Minimum rental 3 hours
Available every evening of the week, all day Saturday and Sunday.
In lieu of a damage deposit, an imprint of a Visa card must be provided.
