St. Albert Senior Citizens' Club

Mission Statement
The St. Albert 50+ Club (formerly the Senior Citizens' Club) is an organization of senior citizens committed to the support of, and fellowship with, seniors in our community and surrounding areas.

Day Programs

Attendance

Please note registration is required; THERE IS NO DROP-IN SERVICE. Clients may enroll into the program once or twice a week, according to individual needs; 12 clients will be accommodated per day. The client may lose their place in the program with unexplained absenteeism. The client may continue attending as long as admission criteria are met.

Admission Criteria

  • Individuals needing social, mental, physical and emotional stimulation
  • Has appropriate social behavior
  • Able to feed oneself
  • Manageable wandering behavior
  • Absence of aggressive behavior
  • Able to get on handibus independently
  • Manage or controlled continence
  • Does not require regular caregiver as medical assistant at the program
