The program is structured on social and recreational activities designed to stimulate the participant's functional abilities which would include:
- fine motor skills
- increased mental stimulation
- conversational skills
- interpersonal skill development
- new friendships

Goals
PROMOTE: maximum independence and quality of life vital to the physical, mental, emotional and recreational needs of the individuals. To develop new friendships and interests.
ASSIST: individuals to remain in their own homes as long as possible. To assist newcomers to the community.
PROVIDE: support and give a break to the people caring for individuals in need.
FULFILL: a specific role in community long term support programs.
